The event features something for everyone. Whether you are a body-builder, a long-distance runner, a walker or anyone in between, this event has something for you. Choose between our 5K Run, 5K Walk, 10K Run, Half-Marathon or our 5K Pump & Run. If you’re planning on doing one of the local marathons this year, consider the Heart & Sole as a training race!
